Montana Neiley:
FIRE
Montana developed a deep connection with the outdoors at an early age. Over the past five years Montana learned to come back inside as she explored a variety of styles of Yoga but it is the fluid transitions and flow of breath she found in a Vinyasa practice that inspired her to complete Yoga teacher training. Today she enjoys the benefits of her own practice as well as sharing her experience with her students.
“My Yoga journey has had a positive impact on all aspects of my life. My skiing, hiking, biking and all other physical activities have flourished. However, the true shift is within me. I know that my practice will never leave me. I aspire to help my students find this connection to their own body and spirit.”

Virginia Chaplin:
EARTH
Virginia was introduced to yoga as a compliment to her athletic endeavors. Initially it was the stretching component of yoga that offered her the most immediate benefits, but she quickly realized the richness of this ancient science. It was through her consistent and dedicated practice that Virginia became deeply inspired by the eloquence with which yoga integrates mind, body, and spirit to create a complete sense of well- being. This hobby soon became a lifestyle and with her passion and excitement the next step was to learn how to extend the same to others. She is trained in both the Interdisciplinary Yoga and Integral Yoga styles and has studied the Ashtanga tradition extensively. She has been honored to study with renowned teachers around the world.
