Bio & Credentials

Lauren Marie L.Ac, Dipl.Ac is fully Licensed and Credentialed to practice acupuncture in the state of Colorado (since 2004). She has both a Colorado State License and a U.S. National Certification in Acupuncture. She holds a Master's Degree (approx. 3000 hours of training) in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute (TAI Sophia) in Maryland and is National Board Certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Lauren graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Psychology in 2001

Lauren also has completed training in Zero Balancing (2004), a form of structural and energetic bodywork which she integrates into her acupuncture treatments especially with patients who are afraid of needles.

Colorado, USA: Lauren has been a featured doctor in Denver's 5280 Top Docs issue, on the cover of 303 Magazine for cosmetic acupuncture, a featured acupuncturist in Denver Life Magazine.
Europe: Lauren is expanding her business internationally and is now facilitating classes and seeing private clients in London, Sweden, and via telecalls worldwide.
